YonsonLim
Founder
& Group CEO
Yonson Lim is the Group CEO of BIH serving on its board of directors. Prior to the founding of BIH, he spent 20 years gaining experience in a diverse range of skills from sales and marketing to business management.
Starting in United Overseas Bank, Yonson later launched his own IT startup company, providing Disaster Recovery, Risk Management, and Technology Management services to a variety of companies, most notably WATSONS, PARKSON and ROBINSONS.
Yonson then took over the running of a small family-style hardware business. From merely supplying building materials in 2014. He transformed the business into today’s BIH Group.

Founder
& Group COO
Jason Tay is the founder and Group COO of BIH, serving on the board of directors. In his role as CEO for BIH Land, Jason is in charge of BIH Land’s global projects division functions.
Jason has over 10 years of experience in Property Project Management. While working with Bina SSG Sdn Bhd, Jason was involved in several significant projects such as Dato Onn (JB), Taman Perling (JB), Nusa Idaman (JB), East Ledang and Ledang Heights.

Construction Officer
Kang Choo Hock joined BIH since establishment in 2014. Choo Hock started his career in the construction industry, first as a sub-contractor, advancing to the position of a main contractor for other development companies.
This position served him well in acquiring more than three decades of invaluable experience in the property construction sector. Choo Hock continues to provide guidance to the Group for its continued advancement in the property construction sector.
